Free Consultations
Are you feeling unsure about therapy? That’s completely normal. The best way to find out if we can work together is to have a free initial consultation. It’s an opportunity to explore if therapy is the right path and ask any questions. If you decide that we are a fit, we can schedule our first session.
If we’re not a good fit, we are happy to make a referral to another therapist or practice in our network. We have openings for new patients and currently do not have a waitlist.
All inquiries will receive an email response. Together, we’ll figure out a time to speak by phone or video, whichever you prefer.
We are in network with Northwell Direct and UMR Top Tier (for Mount Sinai Healthcare Workers).
We are out of network for all other insurance plans.
