Nice to meet you
If you’re experiencing overwhelm, uncertainty, overthinking, patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism, a sense of mounting pressure to keep everything together, or just ready for something to feel different…I am so glad you’re here.
My approach to the therapy process is collaborative and relational. I’ll meet you where you are every day, listen closely to understand your life and experiences, and help you make sense of what’s going on without losing sight of YOU.
My Specialties:
My areas of expertise include working with adults and teens with mood and anxiety concerns, stress, relationships, life transitions, and social and emotional growth.
I enjoy supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the incredibly stressful transition to high school or college, including friendships, academics, family, social media, and all of the feelings in between.

I’m a warm and engaged therapist who strives to create a genuinely welcoming and non-judgemental therapeutic space.
Whether we are spending time sitting with difficult emotions or experiences, sifting through and exploring confusing thoughts, or even celebrating your wins and having a laugh, I will be there with a compassionate and steady presence.
My hope for my clients is that they will be able to “exhale” at the start of each session, knowing that they are safe to explore their thoughts and emotions honestly, make sense of their experiences, and take meaningful steps toward change.
A little about me!
If I am not in session, you can find me needlepointing, watching The Real Housewives, at a Pilates class, or exploring NYC with my husband and our dog.
