Nice to meet you.
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a warm, empathetic, and collaborative psychotherapist who believes therapy should feel both supportive and practical. I work with adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, stress, ADHD, life transitions, and the many demands of work, relationships, and everyday life. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
MY SPECIALTIES
- ADHD & executive functioning
- Anxiety & stress management
- Work/life balance and burnout
- Life transitions and adjustment
- Trauma-informed care
- Mindfulness and stress reduction
- Adolescents and young adults
- Parenting and family support
- Grief and loss

My Therapy Style is Collaborative, Compassionate, and Practical

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
Together, we work to better understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, build practical coping skills, and develop greater flexibility in responding to life’s challenges.
I believe therapy should provide both a safe space to process and concrete tools you can apply in everyday life.
A Little About Me
In addition to my clinical work, I have extensive experience in education, leadership, supervision, and program development.
One of my favorite spots in NYC is the New York Botanical Gardens.
I like to travel, hike, bike, read, and explore new places, such as restaurants, parks, and museums. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I live with my husband and two teens.
