I believe that you are the expert in your life and experiences, and as your therapist, I will accompany you on your journey through self-discovery, healing, and change.
By examining your emotions, thoughts, and beliefs, I will support your journey of exploration and help you achieve your fullest potential. I am dedicated to creating a safe and encouraging space for all of my clients to grow and better understand themselves.
In addition to parents and siblings of autistic children, I enjoy working with adolescents (age 14+) and adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, challenges with adjustment, life transitions, along with other challenges you might be facing.
Throughout your journey, we will collaborate to find an approach that best fits your wants, needs, and goals.
